Warranty Policy

Gadgetoo.com.bd wants to ensure hassle-free customer service. For security & Satisfaction of our customers, we are providing Brand Warranty & Gadgetoo.com.bd Warranty. The Warranty Time Period starts on the date of purchase from Gadgetoo.com.bd. All these warranty facilities give you limited warranty rights from us or the manufacturer company, or the brand.

Brand Warranty/Official Warranty

To claim ‘Brand Warranty’ customers are requested to communicate with the authorized reseller of that product. Brand warranty is a subject to the authorised reseller inspection. Authorised reseller may provide repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. You can also contact us and send us the product. We will contact with the authorized reseller and avail the warranty on behalf of you.

To claim brand warranty:

*** Must notify us during the warranty period.

*** Must have the original Customer Copy of your invoice, as it will be needed to authenticate your purchase.

*** May take 10-30 working days (If we claim the warranty on behalf of you).

Gadgetoo.com.bd‘s Warranty

This warranty is only applicable in case of manufacturer defects. You must notify us within 3/5/7 days of receiving the product (depends on the warranty period of products). *** Any delay will not be acceptable.

  • Please note that we provide 3 days warranty, 5 days warranty & 7 days warranty for unofficial products, which varies from product to product. It is your responsibility to know the warranty period of any product before ordering. You can do that by texting us through our social pages (Facebook messenger, instagram) or over the phone call.

* For Claiming any of this two warranties, you must provide proof of purchase (Invoice) , all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included when the product was delivered.

Shipping Cost

Customer will bear his own shipping cost for claiming warranty of any product. **We are not responsible for shipping cost of any warranty products.

Delivery Cost is not refundable.

* Customer must ensure that the product is returned safely without any damage.

* Customer is liable for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Warranty does not include damages that arise from negligence, misuse or any form of use that is not in accordance with the product instructions. Violations against warranty includes customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.

★ Gadgetoo.com.bd and its authorized persons have full authority to bring changes in any of these warranty policies.
